Intro

Eindelijk weer eens een toernooi van mij.

Ik vond Xanders idee van een dubbel eliminatie toernooi wel leuk.

Nadat je een keer hebt verloren moet je wel steeds twee wedstrijden winnen om een ronde verder te gaan,

maar je bent tenminste niet meteen uitgeschakeld.

Ik heb plaats voor 16 spelers. Het toernooi start zodra ik 16 aanmeldingen heb of uiterlijk eind augustus.

About Zoals altijd: Ik maak de spellen aan. Ze verschijnen vanzelf in je lijst met lopende spellen.

Regels

Zoals ik al eerder schreef, dit wordt een dubbel eliminatie toernooi.

Na één keer verliezen kom je in de verliezerstak. Dan speel je steeds twee wedstrijden om een ronde verder te gaan.

Na twee keer verliezen ben je uitgeschakeld.

In theorie kun je dus je eerste wedstrijd verliezen en daarna blijven winnen en alsnog kamipoen worden.

Elke wedstrijd bestaat uit twee spellen. Een waar je mag beginnen, een waar je tegenstander begint.

Winnaar van de wedstrijd is de speler die de meeste punten scoort.

Bij gelijke stand bepaald het lot. (dobbelsteen)

Inschrijven kan door een bericht achter te laten op cycloopspellen.nl

We starten zodra ik 16 inschrijvingen heb of uiterlijk eind augustus 2010.

Finally another tournament by me.

I liked Xanders idea of a double elimination tournament.

After losing one match, you'll have to win two games to proceed to each next round,

but at least your not immediately eliminated.

I have room for 16 players. The  tournament will start when 16 players have signed up or at last by the end of august.

About As usual: I will setup the games for the tournament. They will automatically appear in your list of running games.

Rules

As i wrote before, this will be a double elimination tournament.

After losing one match, you're moved to the losers bracket. You'll need to win two games to proceed to the next round in the losers bracket.

After losing a second match you're eliminated.

In theory a player can lose his first game and keep winning after that and still become champion.

Each match consists of two games. You'll be starting player in one game, your opponent in the other game.

Winner of a match is the player with the highest score over the two games.

In case of a draw luck will decide. (dice).

We'll start as soon as 16 players have signed up or at last by the end of august 2010.
